Whether you have been coming to Trinity for one week or several decades you are guaranteed to learn something new in each session of “Faith Basics”.
Faith Basics is the name of our new member course. The course would also be appropriately titled, “Theology 101” as the course begins with a basic introduction to the Bible. Each following session introduces a theological topic following the outline prescribed in Martin Luther’s Small Catechism.
Weekly topics in Faith Basics include:
- Unit 1: The Bible
- Unit 2: The Ten Commandment
- Unit 3: Our Creator and His Creation
- Unit 4: The Life of Jesus
- Unit 5: The Holy Spirit
- Unit 6: Prayer
- Unit 7: The Sacrament of Holy Baptism
- Unit 8: The Sacrament of Holy Communion
