Sermon Overview
God’s people had been living in exile for 70 years. It had been a long time living far away from home. This weekend as we continue our chronological journey through the Bible, we hear about God’s people coming back home. They begin by rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem so that worship as described in the Law can resume. As the Israelites of long ago were blessed by the experience of returning home, we are blessed when we are where God wants us to be in our relationship with Him and His Church.
