The Lord blessed us with another amazing day at Wonder Junction. The day started with several new “partners” (that’s what folks are called at Wonder Junction) – it was great to meet so many new friends today. Throughout the week, we will of course have room for more kids.
Today’s Lesson
At Wonder Junction, it is always all about Jesus as we have fun learning through Bible stories, games, crafts, and our daily skits. Today, we talked about what it was like for Jesus as a kid. Yes, Jesus was a kid, too. The story can be found in the Bible in Luke 2:39-52! Check it out.
Animal Pals
Did you know that every day we teach about a different animal at Wonder Junction? God’s creation is so amazing and every day we spend several minutes talking about how wonderfully God has created a different animal. Today’s “Animal Pal” was “Junior the Wolf Pup”.
Change Challenge
The girls were ahead when the day started, however it looked like the boys were pulling ahead at the end of the day. All of the loose change we collect during the Change Challenge will be donated to a local charity that shares Jesus while they are helping others.
