We are more than half way through this year’s Vacation Bible School. With so many good memories being made at Wonder Junction, it is sad to see the time flying so quickly.
Today we learned about Jesus’ ministry years. The Bible tells us about many wonderful things that Jesus did through healing people, miraculously feeding people, and the way He taught about God’s love for all of us! At Wonder Junction talked about a number of different stories from the New Testament’s Gospel of Mark.
Animal Pals
Today’s Animal Pal was “Mighty the Bison”. When God created the Bison, it goes without saying that He made a powerful and amazing creature. Take a moment to review what your children learned about Bison today.
Salvation Story Pinwheel
Every one of the kids at VBS was given a colorful pinwheel containing an explanation of God’s salvation story. Find some time to look up and read the Bible verses attached to the pinwheel and talk about the story of God’s love with your family.
Picnic
Friday morning the bounce houses will be in place bright and early. Mid-morning, our chefs will fire up our large grill near the pavilion so they can treat you to some picnic food after the closing program. The closing program begins around 12:10 p.m. and the picnic immediately follows out in the pavilion. Hope to see you there!
